The Challenge
A leading national logistics organisation required the complete redevelopment of its Certificate IV qualification for delivery in a modern blended format. The program needed to transition from paper-based materials to engaging, digital learning resources that met ASQA compliance and reflected real-world industry practice. With delivery deadlines approaching, the organisation needed a partner capable of providing full instructional design, resource development, and compliance oversight.
Our Solution
Edutemps designed and developed a complete suite of resources across 22 units of competency. Stage 1: Development of compliant theory and practical assessments. Stage 2: Creation of learning materials including facilitator guides, learner workbooks, marking guides, PowerPoints, and RPL documentation. Digital transformation: Development of interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Rise, combining multimedia content, formative assessments, and flexible learning pathways suitable for national rollout. All materials were rigorously mapped and reviewed to ensure alignment with ASQA standards and the organisation's internal quality systems.
The Outcome
The result was a compliant, engaging and fully digitised Certificate IV program supporting consistent national delivery and improved learner engagement. The project enhanced internal training capability and demonstrated Edutemps' expertise in managing large-scale curriculum redevelopment with precision, quality, and industry alignment.
