The Challenge
A regional RTO urgently required qualified trainers across multiple regional Victorian locations - including Bendigo, Werribee, Geelong, Coburg, Sunshine, and Morwell - to deliver a range of Community Services and Allied courses. Their internal recruitment efforts were unable to meet the demand quickly enough to avoid disruption to scheduled classes.
