Do your candidates have the right qualifications?
Yes. All trainers and assessors hold current TAE qualifications (TAE40122 or TAE40116) plus relevant vocational competencies. We check all credentials, working with children checks, and industry currency before presenting any candidate. Our compliance team ensures every placement meets ASQA and TEQSA requirements.
What's the difference between contract and temporary recruitment?
Contract and temporary recruitment both provide flexible workforce solutions, but they serve different business needs. Contract recruitment is ideal for securing specialist talent for a defined period, often linked to a specific project or deliverable, with the contractor typically engaged full-time for the duration of the assignment. Temporary recruitment, on the other hand, offers short-term support to cover fluctuations in workload, staff absences, or peak periods, allowing employers to scale quickly without a long-term commitment. Both models give organisations the agility to access skilled professionals when they need them most, while managing cost and workforce capacity effectively.
Do you recruit for non-training roles?
