Zoe Carter

Zoe joined Edutemps in 2015 and has built a distinguished career as one of Australia's most experienced and respected education recruiters. With a strong background in the education and training sector at senior operational levels, she brings a deep understanding of the industry's workforce needs.

Before moving into recruitment, Zoe held leadership roles across the RTO sector, including Administration Manager, Operations Manager, and State/National Training Manager. Her hands-on operational experience gives her unique insight into the roles she recruits for.

Since joining Edutemps, Zoe has played a pivotal role in embedding high-performing teams across TAFEs, universities, private colleges, and not-for-profit organisations. She has successfully placed thousands of candidates into permanent and contract roles and is known for her strategic approach to workforce and recruitment solutions.

Today, Zoe is the Head of Recruitment at Edutemps, leading a specialist team and driving innovative recruitment strategies across the education and training sector.
