What happens during an ASQA audit?
ASQA audits typically involve a desktop review of your documentation followed by an on-site visit. Auditors assess your compliance against the Standards for RTOs, examining policies, procedures, training resources, assessment tools, and student records. We help you prepare by conducting internal audits, reviewing documentation, and coaching staff on what to expect.
How do you help with rectification?
When non-compliances are identified, we help you understand the root cause, develop a rectification plan, and implement sustainable solutions. We prioritise issues based on regulatory timeframes, draft responses for ASQA, and ensure evidence is properly compiled. Our goal is to address the immediate issue while strengthening your systems to prevent recurrence.
What are the Standards 2025 requirements?
The 2025 Standards for RTOs are now spread across three documents: Outcome Standards (Quality Areas 1-4), Compliance Requirements, and the Credential Policy. The framework covers training and assessment, learner support, governance, and workforce requirements. Notably, some trainer requirements have been wound back. We help RTOs understand what has actually changed and implement necessary updates.
Do you support CRICOS compliance?
Yes. We support RTOs with CRICOS registration, ongoing compliance with the ESOS Framework, and management of international student obligations. This includes student visa requirements, attendance monitoring, course progress, and PRISMS reporting.
What's included in a due diligence review?
Our due diligence reviews examine all aspects of compliance including registration status, audit history, scope of registration, training resources, staff qualifications, student records, and quality systems. We identify risks, quantify potential rectification costs, and provide recommendations for the transaction. Essential for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.

We offer flexible engagement models. Project-based work (audits, registration, due diligence) is quoted based on scope and complexity. Ongoing retainer arrangements provide predictable monthly costs for continuous support. We provide detailed proposals with clear deliverables and pricing before any engagement begins.
